I've gotten really bad at eating lately and making a sandwich for lunch is too much effort for me to bother with because slicing cheese or somesuch involves getting a chopping board and knife and wrapping the cheese back up and washing up etc so looking for extremely low effort lunch suggestions, if anyone has some


@Helen Not sure if these all qualify as lunch, but some of my go-tos:

- fruit
- hard-boiled eggs
- yogurt
- bread with oil/butter
- overnight oats
- carrots/broccoli/celery and hummus

In general: trying not to feel guilty about not "cooking" and counting non-processed food as a win.

@james When I buy fresh fruit and veg they seem to go off faster than I get around to eating them, but yoghurt is a suggestion I can definitely do! Thanks ✨
